Once the intervention plan is approved, we begin the project. Contaminated soils are carefully excavated while strictly following the technical guidelines established by the environmental professional.
We use an electric excavator, quieter than a traditional model and producing no diesel emissions. This reduces noise, limits environmental impact and is far more comfortable for the neighbourhood.
The excavated soils are then transported by our team to specialized authorized facilities where they are treated or safely disposed of. These sites are designed to prevent any migration of contaminants toward groundwater through high-performance containment systems.
In some cases, when feasible, soils may be stockpiled and treated directly on site, then reused as backfill. If contamination is too significant, they are replaced with clean and certified materials.
Once the work is completed, we restore the land. We perform grading, surface preparation and, if required, paving or sod installation. The objective is to leave you with a site ready for the next phase of your project, without unpleasant surprises.
